These images are formed in Adobe Photoshop. Using between two to four stock or real images, I cut out out the parts that I want to use from each photo, play around with lighting and other effects, then blend them together. When I first started to learn Adobe Photoshop, my teacher at the time said, “Anything you can imagine in your mind can be made in Photoshop.” That’s why I love it. Total escapism.
Dreaming Of Adventure
One of my favourites. The original image (below) is by Robert Metz on unsplash.com. I merged this with a second image of beach scene (click or swipe left). Made during lockdown. I think it’s a dream about visiting far away places again. I always like images in which people’s faces are obscured. It makes me wonder what they are thinking.
